Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality. There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it! I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America. OpenAI was founded to benefit all of humanity.

But let's cut the bullshit: This was never about "who wins the trophy." It's about what happened to the original promise. Elon co-founded OpenAI in 2015 to build AI for humanity, not to mint billionaires. He dropped ~$38 million in on that understanding. Then they flipped the script: restructured into a for-profit beast, locked arms with Microsoft, chased valuations that would make Midas blush, and suddenly the "nonprofit mission" got memory-holed. OpenAI's defense? "Donations weren't restricted" and "we needed the money to beat Google." Cool story. Meanwhile, they painted Elon as the villain who just wanted control... even though their own evidence showed he once floated for-profit ideas only if HE ran it. Expert level hypocrisy. Elon walked away, started xAI to actually chase truth-seeking AI without the corporate prayer circles, and kept swinging in court to drag the truth into daylight. He wasn't asking for a payout. He wanted the "ill-gotten gains" (up to $134B) sent back to the original charitable mission, Altman & Brockman out, and the restructuring unwound. Jury said no, mostly on timing technicalities. Appeal locked and loaded. Look: One courtroom skirmish doesn't erase the facts. OpenAI sold the soul of its founding mission for Microsoft money and unicorn status. Elon called it out, built a real alternative, and is about to drop SpaceX public while pushing humanity forward on multiple fronts. Real ones don't fold when the gavel drops. I’ve been here since 2007, 19 years. I’m about to give up on X. For the third time in <12 months my account is under immense algorithmic suppression. No reach. no nothing. I get punished for being a good person on the platform. In the past my account has been “miss labeled by grok” or “i did not do anything wrong, they did”. Stuff that’s been completely out of my control. This time feels just the same. Nothing breaks past the great algorithmus. I’m a premium+ user. I provide value and have posted tens of thousands of useful posts on here. Yet my account is pushed into “limbo” where posts get throttled down. Super low view count, and no clear pathway to get out of it. For the last 2 weeks, nothing gets close to reaching you, my followers. I’ve seen this before and I know the pattern far too well. It’s a place where many people basically throws in the towel. There is something seriously wrong with how the reach suppression works on here. I post daily, 3-6 times, it’s part of my routine, have been doing so for years. You build momentum, you provide value, and the cycle repeats, until, something breaks out of your network (OON reach) then the algorithm slams you with the biggest breaks ever, throwing your account into reverse. If @xai and @nikitabier is listening they should really think hard about why stuff like this happens to users that really want the best for this platform. At the very least, surface insights inside of creator tools area that shows if and when something has gone wrong or happened to your account that can inform us about wrong doings or simply surfaces issues. That way people like me that spends an unhealthy amount of time on here can better understand why I’m getting punished. I’m extra under the weather this time. It just zucks to be fair.

I have paid over $10B in taxes in a single year, more than anyone in history. If I exercise and sell stock options, the combined federal and state income tax is ~45% (I still pay California taxes for every day I spend there). Then there is another 40% tax paid on my estate when I die. Overall, I will probably end up paying trillions in taxes.
