By the way, looks like @opensea removed ALL non-verified collections from the trending page. This will hurt the NFT space and literally destroy small creators. Before it was hard to get to 25 Eth volume to get a blue check, now it's impossible.

OpenSea dropping its token rn would act as a catalyst for the entire NFT sector. It will be a stimmy like the surprise Uniswap token claim which cashed everybody up enough to go bonkers and have a DeFi Summer. Which is still the wildest time in crypto ever. The timing is perfect.

One encouragement to the OpenSea team: Launch $SEA on ETH. Don’t go to SOL. Don’t launch on a random L2. Keep the liquidity where the majority of the top tier NFT assets on your platform are, and you’ll create the greatest flywheel effect to drive more capital injection into those assets thus driving more interest into your platform, and more interest into the token itself.

so what narratives we have on the table rn ? - eth season - og memes revival driven by wojak pump, i see ctos of OG lowcaps happening stonks, biao etc, elon (asteroid, different alience coins) and trump (AIB) related narratives this is what i see now on eth - printr eco possible revival of fatchoi and belief (not sure but can't rule out) driven by ooo pump - pumfun hackthon coins (pumpcade and opal my fav ones) -peptide/desci coins (spray and pray) - AI coins KLED, OPAL, and BASE ECO AI- most low key on my timeline, haven't yet started digging this rabbit hole, but very interested. - charity coins - imho this is the most extractive narrative, i personally don't like it all and don't play out of principle, but the onlyy coin that has potential for longterm sustainability is boobs - pumpfun strong community memes - troll, neet, unc - NFTs What am I missing?

another good indicator of onchain liquidity is how @useKled price didn’t even move after solana shill. there is no money left on solana, coins that move are only crimed, and even those that r crimed don’t get supported longer than 1-2 days.

every crypto cycle needs a new scam that prints enough people to make normies believe again. defi did it. L1s/L2s did it. NFTs did it. memes did it. the problem with attention coins is that they don’t look capable of creating significant new wealth anymore. and without new wealth, there is no new fomo. without new fomo, there are no new market participants. without new participants, it’s just insiders rotating the same liquidity until everyone gets bored. that’s why i’m bearish on the current attention meta and, by extension, solana. gotta be new scam. maybe AI on base or smth else.
