to weigh back in, everything that hurts (a lot) is not helping most of the time. if you haven't tried already, try very small ways to seek improvement. for me it's the two lowest disks - for me helps something like this: youtu.be/jxWYlEPLdzs i supplement with daily core and mobilisation routine.. but as we can already see by all the comments, everyone seems to find something else

Dealing with a serious back injury is the worst thing imaginable. I don’t wish it on anyone. Can’t play sports. Can’t train. Can’t do any movement without thinking twice about it. Take care of your back. The recovery is brutal.

@bitjul Got the same exact issue. Two herniated discs that shocks my entire sciatica. Some days you can’t do anything about it. It’s been almost a year now. No therapy or any osteopath makes a difference.
