Called back & was transferred 4 times. Each time no one had context so I had to reexplain everything. Each “investigation” led to another transfer until I was left on silent hold for 18 mins. It felt like they were trying to get me to give up, when I didnt, they hung up. @eBay

96 hrs since I was told to “rest assured” my account would be fixed within 24 - 48 hrs. We are now at 24 DAYS with no resolution. I was told calls are recorded for quality assurance, yet when I requested to record for my own records, support refused. Call ended with no help @eBay

@eBay I am reaching out to your customer support and they wont fix the issue and just keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours. ITS BEEN 456 HOURS (19 days! not an exaggeration) at this point 😂

@eBay I know I fat-fingered and misspelled tired 😂 I was typing as quickly as I could because I was once again frustrated with not getting any real help. This is roughly the 14th or 15th time I have had to reach out to support over this issue.

@eBay It is ironic that buyers and sellers are expected to maintain ratings and feedback, yet I have received no request to review your own customer service, likely because this poor experience is not unique or an outlier.

@eBay My seller account was frozen for verification on April 7. I submitted the requested verification within an hour and was told the review would take 24 to 72 hours. It is now April 25, and after contacting customer support 13 times, the issue is still not fully resolved.

@eBay Every time I reach out, I am told it is being escalated to a specialist and again asked to wait another 1 to 3 days with it never being fixed.

@eBay My old listings became visible again, but I still cannot edit active listings (including prices which is huge) or create new listings. In a fast-moving market, not being able to update listings directly impacts sales.
