@cheribmb What part of "wealthy business woman with giant fan" is confusing. She looks like "oh hoh hoh" is part of her normal vocabulary. She's clearly "working for some company, hence the uniform logos and military style epaulets. Elf ears and squinty eyes adds to the "ojou" look + heels
