Claude For Small Business is INSANE.
I've built a complete breakdown of all 31 Anthropic Small Business skills that maps every workflow, connector, and automation in under 10 minutes.
The same skill stack that had 382,000 downloads on its first day.
Financial operations, sales and client work, HR and hiring, marketing and growth, reporting and dashboards.
Inside the breakdown:
- All 31 skills organised by function with the 5 to run first
- The 12 connector setup guide in priority order with permission settings for every sensitive action
- Worked examples for Business Pulse, Invoice Chase, and Job Post Builder with real output shown

@HermesAgentTips Dual 4060ti 16gb ProArt / AMD 5950x / 64g ddr4. It's enough to learn, expiriment, and handles routine stuff. Want to step it up without going broke but I'm not a mac person and I can't afford a sparky so idkwtf2doyet

local LLM people: what are you actually running right now?
everyone talks like they have a DGX Spark under the desk, but I’m curious what the real setups look like
DGX Spark 128GB unified memory?
RTX 6000?
RTX 5090 32GB?
RTX 3090 24GB?
MacBook Pro?
Mac Studio M3 Ultra, if you somehow found one?
or are you running something completely different that people are sleeping on?

this is genuinely the most comprehensive deliverability guide we've put out.
step-by-step on how to fix open rates, escape spam/promo folders and get revenue per send back up for ecom brands.
just apply half of this and you'll be miles ahead.
Drop a comment and I’ll send the Gamma doc your way. Posting the link here would hurt the post’s reach.

@kimmonismus If your bank doesn't already do this in 2026... you need a new bank.

So OpenAI literally kill*d many fintech startups today
OpenAI launched a personal finance feature in ChatGPT for Pro users in the US.
You connect your bank accounts via Plaid, get a spending dashboard, and can ask GPT-5.5 questions grounded in your actual transaction data - balances, spending patterns, subscriptions, investments.
It can't see full account numbers or move money. Intuit integration is coming for things like tax estimates and credit card applications.
Financial memories store context like savings goals across conversations.
Plus users get it later, free tier eventually. They built an internal benchmark with 50+ finance professionals and say GPT-5.5 Thinking scores 79/100, GPT-5.5 Pro 82.5/100 on complex personal finance tasks.

ChatGPT@ChatGPTapp
A preview for Pro users: a new personal finance experience in ChatGPT. Pro users in the U.S. can securely connect financial accounts, see where their money is going, and ask questions based on the information they choose to connect. Your full financial picture, now in ChatGPT.

my team didn't want me to give this away for free. But I'm going to do it anyway
it's the SEO & AI search dashboard I built in Claude Code
it connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and Claude Code builds it in 5 minutes
and I made a Notion document and a skill file so you can build this in Claude Code yourself in literally minutes
the dashboard has three tabs:
1. AI Search - How much traffic is coming from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini ETC. It aggregates the GA4 data and gives single number
2. Paid ads - which keywords rank top 3 for but still pay for ads on, you should cut these to save budget
3. Organic overview - sessions, conversions, top landing pages, demographics. The single view for what is working
I built this because this is how I drive our SEO and AEO forward
it gives me the insights I need to allocate budget and prioritize what content to work on next
I decided to give it away because most companies have no idea AI search is already sending them traffic
like this post and comment "AEOdashboard" and I'll send it over

We are currently in a “once in a lifetime” AI super cycle…
Phase 1 was: (already gone)
Semiconductors ~ $NVDA, $AMD, $INTC, $ARM
Phase 2 is: (passing by now)
Memory ~ $MU, $SNDK, $WDC
Photonics ~ $AAOI, $AEHR, $LITE, $MRVL
The current phase is Neo Cloud/AI infrastructure:
$IREN, $NBIS, $CRWV, $CIFR, $APLD
Next wave (many will miss)
Rare Earths ~ $USAR, $MP, $UUUU, $FCX
Power & Cooling~ $VRT, $CEG, $OKLO, $OSS
Finally it all concludes with these 3 sectors:
Robotics ~ $TSLA, $PATH, $SERV

Many will make generational wealth from this AI super cycle over the next 7 months.
Save this to look back on later…

We run 13 n8n workflows across ColdIQ's entire content, ads, and outbound engine, and I'm giving them all away.
Our monthly n8n bill: $384. The same workloads on Claude would cost $60K. That's why I'm not buying the "Claude killed n8n" take.
Claude Routines are good at scheduled agentic tasks that need reasoning.
They're not the same layer as n8n. They're not a replacement for production GTM infrastructure.
Our n8n stack fires 2,000+ executions daily across 13 workflows. Our Phone Finder alone has 41 nodes and waterfalls across 5 data providers.
Here's what's in the doc:
→ GTM Flywheel (81 nodes): domain in, full ICP, lookalikes, prospects, and a tailored content/ads/outbound strategy sent to your inbox
→ Phone Finder (41 nodes): name, LinkedIn URL, or domain in; Prospeo, FullEnrich, and more waterfalled; verified number in seconds
→ AI Agent Reply Manager (13 nodes): classifies a cold email reply on Instantly, drafts a response in Slack, waits for your approval before it goes out
→ Lookalike Finder (35 nodes): domain in, similar businesses by industry, size, and tech signals out
→ Viral Content Browser (10 nodes): pulls viral LinkedIn posts via Serper, filters by engagement, stores the best in Notion
→ Feeling Tracker (36 nodes, coming soon): sentiment analysis on any tool across X, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Plus 7 more covering content, GTM, and ops. Shoutout to Sacha Martinot who built the most complex ones.
Reply "N8N" and I'll send you the full doc. Must be following.

Claude just made cold email ops fully autonomous.
And most people running Instantly or Smartlead have no idea this exists.
Here is what cold email used to look like:
- You wrote copy with AI
- You logged into your sending tool manually
- You checked metrics yourself
- You made changes by hand
Here is what it looks like now:
- Claude logs in
- Claude checks performance
- Claude makes changes
- You review the results
With Computer Use, Claude can see your screen, move your mouse, click buttons, navigate dashboards, and update live campaigns.
For cold email, that means Claude can:
→ Pause sequences under 1% reply rate after 500 sends
→ Increase daily send volume on sequences booking meetings
→ Edit subject lines and first lines on losing steps
→ Duplicate and spin winning variants
→ Clean lead lists
→ Pull reply and booking reports
→ Organize everything into spreadsheets
Here is the system I built:
1) Desktop Setup
→ Mac with Claude desktop app
→ Claude Max plan or approved waitlist access
→ Computer Use enabled in settings
2) Ops Folder Structure
→ Create a "Cold Email Ops" folder on your desktop
→ Inside: Reports, Daily Summaries, Performance Exports
→ Tell Claude: "You have access only to this folder for saving files"
3) Dashboard Read Test
→ Before automating anything, prompt Claude to walk through your dashboard without making changes
→ Confirm it correctly reads reply rate, send volume, and sequence status
→ Fix any misreads before giving it control
4) Rules Playbook
→ Pause sequences under 1% reply rate after 500 sends
→ Increase volume only on sequences booking meetings
→ Never edit copy on campaigns under 200 sends
→ Always export reports before any changes
5) Sequence Pausing Automation
→ Prompt: "Review all active sequences. Pause any with reply rate under 1% and over 500 sends. Export a report first and ask for confirmation."
→ Saves 30 minutes of manual work per session
6) Volume Scaling Automation
→ Prompt: "Find sequences booking meetings in the last 7 days. Increase daily send volume by 20%. Cap at safe limits and confirm before applying."
7) Losing Step Rewrites
→ Identify steps with 300+ sends and under 0.3% reply rate
→ Claude rewrites only the subject line and first line
→ Creates a new variant and leaves the original untouched
8) New Sequence Drafting
→ Claude scans your highest reply rate campaigns for a given ICP
→ Mirrors subject line length, first line style, and CTA format
→ Saves as draft inside your ESP
9) Weekly Performance Report
→ Claude pulls last 7 days data, saves CSV to your ops folder
→ Writes a summary: reply rate changes, paused sequences, top performers
→ One document instead of five dashboard tabs
This is the same system we use at Conigma to run cold email ops without manual micromanagement.

Working on something.
Highly useful.
Very private.
It's not going to be open source because ai influencers are a cancer on the open source community and theft for profit is a plague.

Can someone tell me honestly what the accomplishments of David Sacks “Tzar" position was?
> Billions of Liquidity drained from Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Altcoins into Trump Coin and Melania Coin
> GENIUS Act passed and banned stablecoin issuers (like $CRCL and Tether) from paying interest, which would compete vs Banks
> Attempted to push through legislation that would hand all control over Crypto chokepoints over to banks through Clarity Act.
> Attempted to ban Stablecoin related 3rd parties from giving yields through the Clarity Act
> Attempted to ban non-USD denominated stablecoins like DAI (liquidity drain).
> Banks still don't onboard crypto companies and will ban you from onboarding.
> There's literally only a few in the US that do like Cross River or Customers Bank?
Nothing that we elected him for was accomplished aside from Crypto companies having the "option" to apply for Banking Charters.
But only people close to the administration like Andruil’s founder got a pass? Not any actual crypto companies?
And now big Banks will have all the major chokepoints soon?
This was the biggest transfer of wealth and bloodbaths in the crypto industry to date.
Even Ethereum is higher when Gary Genseler was in office.
