@jstretch85 I often interpret the reply of "not bad" as "somewhat bad but I don't want to burden you with it" so I don't think what you said was a misrepresentation. At least, that's how I often use it 🙂

I have a confession to make. Last Tuesday, a coworker asked me how I was doing, to which I replied "not bad, thanks." In truth, I was feeling tired, irritable, and a bit hungry. Somewhat bad, actually. I regret this misrepresentation of the facts and will strive to do better.

We launched something big today, see video! But first, some background... During my time at Cisco, I often found myself incredibly frustrated by the need to constantly switch between different VPNs and various security barriers, eeh, 'security layers', just to get my work done. I knew why we needed it; I just hated that it was built with only the Security or IT team in mind, not the user. I also dreaded the 90-day password rotation, but the amount of shared and static credentials floating around in a typical infra team was apparently no problem (or, more like, invisible). That frustration sparked the idea for Border0. And as we iterated and talked to customers, we realized there was so much more we could do to innovate in this space. Not only could we massively reduce friction for engineering teams, but we also saw opportunities to provide IT, management, and security teams with better insights, more granular control, and improved overall security. We heard you: "What if we could combine the best of VPN and PAM into one seamless solution? What if we could give engineers one-click access to everything they need, while also giving security teams so much more control and visibility?" Today, we're thrilled to answer that call with Border0's application-aware VPN. It's been a journey, but I'm so proud of what we're launching today, the first solution of its kind, seamlessly combining VPN and Privileged Access Management. This is the solution I wished for back then, and I'm so excited to share it with the world. If you recognize any of the challenges above, then give it a spin, I think you’ll like it. (Also... I made a nice video. 😊). PS. Also check today's blog for more details border0.com/blogs/introduc…

Don’t know who made this, but it’s great. (If you haven’t seen Kubrick’s 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY, it’s one of the best films ever made.)
