143 days is a long time for some paperwork to be setting in someone’s box to be processed! That how long I’ve been waiting for my Senior HS daughter to be added back to my claim! If I qualified for welfare as a civilian the paperwork would be processed is less than a business week. Yet the VA is allowed to slowly process claims for dependents, so slow that they take on average 6-12 months to add a spouse or change a child whom aged out in the system to an adult student dependent. This needs to be fixed. If we want to pretend the Veterans don’t need the funds ASAP then why don’t we treat every tom dick and harry the same? Veterans deserve paperwork to be processed in a timely manner, not 6-12 month out.

I come more and more to realize I do more for others than I can expect in return. And at some point I have to stop and just take care of me and mine.

So Congress can’t survive on over $80/hr (if they even put in 40 hours a week lmao) but want us to survive on $7.25/hr or even worse lets say less than $800 a month SSI for a disabled person who didn’t work enough for SSDI 🤷🏼‍♂️👀 something ain’t adding up!!! I make less than them and survive! We the people are sick and tired of this power of the purse BS! We the people have the right to take that power away from you scoundrels!

@GenFlynn @POTUS General, we all know Americans don’t want a war but if China does we will answer the call. As said by the famous China man “China is assholes”

Breaking (the internet): CCP President Xi’s use of the term, “Thucydides Trap” during his opening comments to @POTUS has everyone wondering … WHAT THE …. ? Xi’s remark on the Thucydides trap is a classic piece of Chinese diplomatic signaling; polite on the surface, however, very sharp and pointed underneath. It’s a reminder to our president (and the world) that Beijing (Xi) sees itself as the rising power in a structural rivalry with a (supposedly) established hegemon (the U.S.), and that any failure to accommodate China’s ascent risks major conflict which the United States cannot afford (and there is practically zero support from the American people currently for more war and Xi knows it). Examining it another way, President Xi stated it intentionally to show China as Sparta (rising, dynamic, rightful heir to greater influence) and the U.S. as Athens (established but fearful and in decline). To some students of warfare, this may be an imperfect analogy, but the fact he used this phrase must be clearly and thoroughly examined. Xi is signaling that the U.S. should step back gracefully, especially on Taiwan (and never lose site of what Xi has already said about Taiwan; One (1) China, and he’s not backing down), checking trade & tech restrictions, and increasingly regional dominance, rather than the U.S. attempting to further impede China’s “rejuvenation” efforts. Essentially, it was a veiled warning: Push too hard (ie., on Taiwan or decoupling), and structural tensions could lead to an extremely dangerous place. Lastly, I believe Xi’s use of this ancient theory on warfare is explicitly tied to Taiwan tensions. At the same time, it’s cooperative language as well. Typical use of smart diplomatic double speak the Chinese are masters at. Xi addressing a new paradigm, a brighter future for humanity because he knows the world is watching and listening and studying. This is standard CCP diplomacy that keeps the door open for deals while putting the onus on the U.S. to avoid escalation. Bottom line, and like it or not, he let Trump know you’re in my house now and we set the rules here. FYI only, Thucydides wrote about the Peloponnesian War. The War (431–404 BC) was a devastating 27-year conflict between Athens and Sparta. It was driven by Sparta’s fears of growing Athenian (ie., U.S.) imperialism, the war ended with the total defeat of Athens, fundamentally altering the ancient Greek world and ending its “Golden Age.” The Peloponnesian war lasted more than two decades. I’d say we’re somewhere in the late third quarter and time favors the watchmakers and not the watch-watchers. We need to keep in mind that @realDonaldTrump isn’t the only one who understands nor read the art of the deal.

The VA is the reason so many Veteran with mental problems have meltdowns after the service. They just now after 5.5 months or 160 days asked me to submit forms that I have already submitted to prove my child is still in school. When I submit the stuff they requested it will then go back one step to start the process again. It’s like they choose not to print the entire claim and ask for forms that were submitted. I also submitted proof she is accepted to a college.

Don’t request a quote for purchase from @BobcatCompany they don’t give you a quote. They want to know what it’s for before they’ll give you a price. This is not transparent IMO. Gives them leverage to overprice you or oversell you. I filled out a request for a specific machine with two specific attachments and they don’t reply with a sales quote. Instead a list of questions as to if it’s for personal or business use and say it’s to ensure you have the correct equipment. Pretty sure if we are looking at loans for the equipment I’ve researched what I want and need.

Would like to see Tesla donate some vehicles for raffles to VFW’s. My VFW has been trying to secure a vehicle for raffle for over 4 years now. It’s hard to get a company to partner with a Veteran Organization that has a bar. But we have that as a bread winner to allow us to keep the lights on and perform our charitable work. It would be great to have some company donate something for us to raffle and be able to use those funds to expand our outreach. Would seem to be a great move in marketing as well. Tesla would be seen as a big donor of Veterans.

Only when you drive the Cybertruck do you realize how incredible it is: a bulletproof tank that moves like a million dollar sports car! Reason for the angular shape is that the thick, ultra-hard stainless steel body panels cannot be stamped like the thin, feeble, paper-strength mild steel of other trucks. Cybertruck body panels would break 5000 ton stamping machines.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

One of Elon's most vocal critics just bought a Cybertruck. Brian Krassenstein, who has spent years publicly clashing with @elonmusk, announced the purchase yesterday. His reason had nothing to do with politics. He has a young family and the Cybertruck is the only pickup truck in America to hold both an IIHS Top Safety Pick+ award and a perfect 5-star NHTSA rating simultaneously. When your fiercest critics are buying your product because the data leaves them no choice, that's a different kind of win.

Should I spend the $500 on shafts fitting my current irons and labor to have them re shafted and gripped? Or should I spend the $1500 plus fitting to get new ones? Started golfing a year ago and I’m using taylormade speedblade irons. I was a 35 handicap and now I’m a 25 handicap.

NEVER FORGET RUBY RIDGE: 33 years ago we learned the government will kill your dog, shoot your 14 year old son in the back and snipe your wife in the doorway while she holds your infant child. Imagine being 14 years old, living off the grid in the Idaho woods in 1993. You’re walking your dog when suddenly he growls and *bang*, the dog is shot and killed. You look up and see a man in a Ghillie suit with a rifle pointed at you. Fear grips you. You pull your gun and fire. You’re just defending yourself. This is your home. You run back toward your parents, only to be shot in the back and killed before you can reach them. You never understand what went wrong or why. The next day, a sniper fires again. Your mother, standing in the doorway holding your baby sister, is hit in the head and killed instantly. All of this started because your father Randy Weaver, sold two sawed-off shotguns to an undercover agent and refused to become a government informant. They gave him a false court date and set up armed surveillance at your home, waiting for the moment they could escalate. Randy Weaver was a former U.S. Army Green Beret. He served in the military before moving off the grid with his family in northern Idaho. His military background added to the tension for federal authorities, because he was trained in weapons and survival, but it didn’t make him violent or a threat to anyone outside his property. After an 11 day stand off with Randy and the baby inside with two dead bodies, the government was ordered to pay millions in settlements to Randy. They were proven to be in the wrong for this deadly power trip. But that doesn’t bring back a 14 year old boy or his mother. Stay educated. Some of our history isn't taught in school for a reason.

The feeling when a plan comes together. Team work does make the dreams work. Wife’s been saving while my money went to bills. She picked up an extra job a half year ago and the savings has helped us through them removing my oldest daughter from my Disability payments. The savings bought her a vehicle for her transportation to and from college classes as well as her part time job. I’m so happy to see planning work out for the end goal! Once the VA gets my payments straight I’ll be able to replenish the savings and future payments will help my daughter with college expenses and gas and insurance as well. God is good
