@caroljsroth @Rothmus Nah, no case here. Slip and fall is a premises liability case based on the victim's status: invitee, licensee, or a trespasser. Delivery guy would be an invitee. Thus, homeowner is liable if the owner knew/should have known about a dangerous condition. Likely not present here.
