@msPartner @MicrosoftHelps Your support team keeps closing my CSP suspension ticket with a copy-paste section 4.b reply without actually reading it. I never received the required 30-day notice. Closing a ticket ≠ resolving it. How do I get someone to actually look at this case?

@maleroytw I feel your pain! It really should be easier to revert and clearer about which settings are tattooed.

Starting the week with a good #MSIntune policy tatoo headache, policy removed, most of the device revert the settings back to original, some not. Ugh!

So much of this crap lately. Kiosk no longer works, Apps don't download or unzip successfully, and Autopilot has become unreliable. Reliability has significantly gone down in the past 3-6 months. #MSIntune

@IntuneSuppTeam are there known issues with new MDE onboarding profiles in Intune? We made a duplicate of an existing profile, but it goes into error while the the existing one is working fine.

I will never understand why they can't invest in a proper support structure. MBA's pinching pennies at the detriment of their company.
