Thank you @AirCanada for being THE example of a customer service oriented, classy National Airline. @WestJet always lives up to the low-class, poor customer service airline. Today another example of why I hate to fly with @WestJet $139 charge for my bag. Wasn’t overweight with AC

@WestJet fascinating call with Kim from customer relations who criticized me for having my daughter fly alone on your airline from LAX to YYC but thought it was fine that @WestJet was going to overnight her alone in Kelowna. No refund issued for the $900 direct flight I booked.

@WestJet You cancelled the flight my daughter was on to Victoria then rebooked her tomorrow for a two day trip through Kelowna?! Makes no sense. I was able to book her on the late flight tonight for a huge cost. The refund you offered doesn’t cover the whole cost. Disappointed.

The idea that this young man wants to work on a farm, and is willing to "roll up his sleeves" and work hard is, apparently, HILARIOUS to this CBC journalist.
