So I’ve been waiting 10+ years to get a lanyard that says ‘Consultant’ and my new trust doesn’t do them! 🤦‍♂️🙁 And to compound my misery…lanyards are not allowed full stop: IPC rules! Are lanyards allowed at your trust?

Had a F2 challenge me on giving hartmans in red flag sepsis due to it having lactate in it 🤦🏾‍♂️ After sitting down and talking through fluids this was sorted. Worries me that inconsistent fluid teaching is ongoing in undergraduate and postgraduate training #MedTwitter
