Wanda has a sign and has to scream PURE CHAOS & channel for 4 seconds to ult I think the problem with Elsa's ult is -Hit box, too wide -It's instantaneous, no time to react -For some reason it can go from one side of the map to the other, a 10 seconds CC -Beast has too much HP
