The TCAA Board met in the lovely Glendale, AZ area this week for their annual Board Retreat. The board met to plan and strategize for the upcoming TCAA year as well as make some fantastic team memories. TCAA is grateful for everyone one of our Board as well as our members.

The entire field of #AcuteCareSurgery is understaffed. Thanks @pbatesmurphy for your insightful data at #EAST2025. We are at a critical crossroads. We need to change our staffing four our patients, and for our own wellness.

@VidyaSzym @pallbro Most other fields don’t have lives literally depending upon decisions or technical expertise. Many of us worked more than 120 hours per week and learned more between the hours of 10PM and 6AM than most will ever appreciate. If it was easy, then everyone would do it.
