In the opening of her show today, @RealCandaceO claims that "liars on the Internet" have falsely claimed that Tyler Robinson's family turned him in, and that they have falsely claimed his parents "recognized Grandpa's gun on the news," which is impossible, she says, since no photos of the gun were released before Robinson's arrest. This is a remarkably precise way to be dishonest. Because when one simply bothers to read the charging document, one sees that Robinson's parents did not recognize the gun: They recognized photos of the suspect, which were released by the FBI, as looking like their son. Only then did they move on to suspecting that the rifle was a match (and at that point, the FBI had already announced they'd found a high-powered bolt action rifle). We know Candace has seen all of this. It's worth asking: Why would she so deliberately misrepresent the evidence?

A fragment inside the body, no exit wound, conflicting explanations of bullet behavior. That’s not clarity. That’s a battlefield for experts. And when experts fight, jurors hesitate. Finally, the video. “Looks like him” is not identity. Add in mismatched physical features and you’re not even close to beyond a reasonable doubt. Put it all together and you don’t have a coherent, reliable chain of proof. You have gaps, reconstructions and speculation. In a criminal courtroom, that doesn’t meet the burden. Acquittal isn’t a loophole here, it’s the only verdict that respects the standard.

The ATF analysis of the bullet used to kill Charlie has been made public, and confirms that the bullet was from the .30 caliber class, of which the .30-06 is a member. The analysis also found that the Mauser 98 rifle found at the scene could potentially have fired the bullet.

As someone who lives with constant threats and even terrorist bounties, I’ve had to turn down plenty of events and speaking engagements because I don’t have confidence I can stay adequately protected. People have every right to make decisions about their own safety without being judged by those who have never lived under that kind of pressure. We’re in a time where everyone has an opinion, but very few show real empathy or understanding. The reality is, you don’t have to be the President of the United States for someone to take a shot at you. Situations like this deserve more grace. If the roles were reversed, most people would prioritize their own safety, haters be damned. So just be decent human beings. No one should be pressured to go in harm’s way if it feels off to them.

Sure is odd how quick the Trump administration glossed over the death of a very involved figure such as Charlie Kirk. He seemed to have been going everywhere with Trump. Charlie was even traveling with him on Air Force One. They seemed to have gotten close, yet Trump doesn't even talk about him or his assassination. You'd think Trump would obsess over this and make it about himself or his own safety at the very least. This rubs me the wrong way, and it seems suspicious to me.
