Do you stand up early in your downswing??? If you have this Early Extension pattern, you’ll need to learn to pivot in the downswing to better retain your posture. Make sure that you have your club face and wrist angles in check to ensure the club will have sufficient shallowing. Often time EE occurs because the club face is open at the top/or opening in transition/ or the shaft is step and requires shallowing to avoid crashing into the ground. It is important to understand whether your EE is happening due to a required compensation, or simply due to a lack of rotation through the ball. This video was for a player who fits more into the latter.
