Smoked chuck roast at 225 for 4 hours for a nice bark, cubed and smoked another 2 hours in butter, brown sugar, and kinders original bbq sauce…and some smoked cheddar mac and cheese 🤤 Used Hardcore Carnivore Black activated charcoal rub.

Today is my day! I am 70 years young today and loving life. I also celebrate 42 yr of wedded bliss. not bad, only knew him 1 month when we said "I Do". Actually, 3 times! we renew! It is a GOD thing...we knew from day 1 !
