Yet after the Chernobyl disaster, Cuba provided free treatment especially for children coming from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. The program began in 1990 and was carried out in the Tarará area near Havana. Around 26,000 people — the vast majority of them children — received treatment in Cuba. A significant number of them were Ukrainian children.

but in iran, dozens of protestors from the Jan uprising (which IRI committed a massacre against) been executed by framing them as “Mossad agents”
