In the latest filing from the Cascios, In 2024 the Cascios were approached by the estate as the last installment was being paid and according to the Cascio's filing the Estate felt that the settlement was not enough and wanted to give them more money.

The Jackson family did not go back to the Cascio Family to pay them more. There was a private deal, and then the Cascio’s went back on it.

Than in 2024 while the production of the MJ Biopic/Infomercial was happening the Estate went back to the Cascios and told them that they wanted to pay more money because the first settlement was not enough.
