Odd one. #N92N a Bell 407 reg'd to Helicopters Inc and operated by @flybladenow flew to Yale New Haven Hosp as "Medevac 92N" from the Univ of MD Med Ctr. Blade usually operates as an air taxi around NYC.

@jmik_nyc @flybladenow We always attempt to fly the advertised route, but several factors may affect our ability to do so. When this happens, we work with Air Traffic Controllers & the FAA to determine the next-best route and the highest altitude that would be safe to fly at, to reduce noise overhead.

All BLADE flights follow FAA outlined noise abatement routes, informed by landing patterns at JFK and LaGuardia. Pilots fly at an altitude determined by the Air Traffic Controller, taking into account air traffic and other factors.
