This is the stack I used to heal Leaky Gut: • BPC157 1mg 2x per day • TB500 1mg 2x per day • KPV 0.5mg 2x per day • GHK-Cu 1mg 2x per day Ran this 5 days on, 2 days off and had 99% relief from carb intolerance after 12 weeks. PS. Full disclosure: I was also working with a functional medicine practitioner at the same time on a gut microbiome rehab protocol, which also contributed to resolving my leaky gut symptoms. However, it was early into that protocol, and the practitioner agrees peptides helped my healing significantly. (If you want more information on who my medical practitioner was, send me a private message)

@_Knotzi It’s brutal IBD is real test of patience now but after 90% I noticed progress speed, seems to bottleneck around 70%

The node seems to be syncing faster since it passed the 90% mark. Expecting to hit 100% later today, will post results when it happens.

Outperforming other Bitcoin mining units, the NerdQ Axe++ Hydro Miner boasts significantly higher terahash capabilities. This isn't just an upgrade; it's a leap in mining efficiency. Full VIdeo: youtu.be/cBqQLU7xPAg

You were taught that buying and holding Bitcoin was the solution to all. The real Solution is self custody, running a node, and having some hashrate pointed at that node. This is how we build a perfect system with 0 single points of failure and escape the matrix.

Jim | #BIP110 | Bitcoin, not jpegs
I've recently started buying hashrate with @Braiins Hashpower. My Knots + BIP110 node previously had 100TH/s in home mining equipment behind it and now has 1.1PH/s. I will also be scaling this to as much as I can support. From what I can tell so far the difference between what I am paying for the hashrate and what I am getting from @ocean_mining is less than half the cost of a cup of coffee per day. I am willing to spend some sats to secure my stack and put more hash behind signaling for BIP110. For all the plebs out there who think you can't get into mining look into this. It took me, not a very technically oriented person, a couple of hours to set up. Please DM me if you have questions. Thanks to @oomahq and @mattkratter for making me aware of this and to @LukeDashjr, @wk057, and everyone else at Ocean.

Extractive Ghost of Unhosted Marcellus 👻@oomahq

Not only he's right, but also in the next few years (or hopefully months) we'll witness an explosion of honorable mid-scale Bitcoin miners popping up that will grow to dominate the mining landscape. For the most part they won't be turning a profit but they won't be losing money either. They won't be investing a dime in mining rigs and yet they'll be infinitely more sovereign than those who purchased mining hardware at hosting companies. Instead they'll dish out mining jobs prepared by their own node to hundreds or thousands of rigs, taking advantage of the master-slave architecture of the Stratum protocol. How do I know? Because it's what I've been doing for the last couple months, and I'm pretty sure at least tens of thousands of people will want to do the same. Hashers that don't sell their hashrate to this new kind of miner and keep using the old FPPS pools will be at a competitive disadvantage because FPPS pools cannot pay them as much. Game over for mining centralization. And for shitcoiners on Bitcoin.

@BitcoinBombadil Perfect — you’ve officially flipped the switch! Your Start9 + Knots node is now signaling BIP 110, and because you’re mining solo via DATUM, your NerdQaxe++ is automatically building and submitting work against block templates that include the BIP 110 signal!

@btcfeen It’s a tightrope seems like an easy call but when you’ve survived a few bear markets and watched the gigs brains get liquidated it’s hard to give up self custody

@blahem21 I don't think I've grown out of them. I think this city is no longer suitable to ride. If I lived in a place with less people and more riding roads yes. I've been riding here for over 20 yrs. The roads are no longer fun anymore here. Too much traffic.
