@stxr_n0va That's so odd, have you tried doing like 3 500 cal meals a day instead of several small ones. I also find that if I don't eat past 6pm the scale goes down a lot

@Mikasaz_ Salt and water retention, if you eat more salt your body holds onto water to balance it out. That said don't restrict salt as you need it. You physically can't gain 0.5kg on 1300. It's not fat gain it's water retention.

@stxr_n0va As someone who started at 114.6kg and now 87.8kg I highly recommend upping your calories. I'm also 5'4 and when I first started I did 1700-1800 and as on right now I'm doing 1550-1700

@that_tech_geek6 I'd say don't undereat, Eat a regular times of the day. Keep each meal the same amount of calories. E.g I aim for 1700 a day so do 3 meals 500 cal and then leave 200 for snacks or if one meal is slightly more

currently need to drop around 20-25kgs, atleast 15 in some short time.
