@fanajacobs 20 years of working out with a goal & doing it naturally. This is a post workout pump. Im 36 years old, 5’11” 175lbs, & around 10% body fat. I’m working towards being 190lbs and expect to hit it in 10-15 years if I keep doing it naturally.

Not buying the arms to go with is crazy. I guess this is the evquvilant to the thighs not matching?
