Our action in the last year aimed to make Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) easier to develop and more widespread across #SLC. As part of our anti-displacement plan, we're focused on increasing affordability and housing stability for Salt Lakers.

August was another busy month for the @SLCgov Building Services Division. The team averaged over 285 inspections/day and issued more than 900 permits totaling $158M in valuation that will create 208 new housing units once completed!
