@border_canadian Nope,.nice try. The UNION voted for and then chose their strike date, they didn't need to do this going into the holidays but they thought it would force CP to the table to capitulate. As usual they only think about themselves. Cry more, we dont care, theyre going back to work.

Reminder: Canada Post employees wanted to do a rotating strike, so the mail would still get through, just not everywhere all at once. The employer locked them out.

there is 0 skill required to do a mail route beyond getting a drivers license and being able to read. Its nothing more then a grownups paper route. 2 days off paid is 2 days too much for this kind of job.. this job should be for ppl 25 and under,, a paper route should not be a career, never mind making more then a 4th year electrician while ur at it, getting weeks off paid, on top of personal days, on top of 5 gov sick days a year, on top of a few extra paid holidays that only the gov get,, like Easter Monday, that is paid for them but not for you
