@British_Airways I have tweeted numerous times, send a DM with all the required information and still had no response and no idea how I’m going to get home on September 10th. Phone lines busy and website keeps crashing this is absolutely awful customer service!

@British_Airways due to fly on 9th September with my fiance and our 22-month-old. We are flying out to Dublin for our wedding. 2 weeks before we are due to fly and we are told there are strikes. When will we find out how to rebook?
