Capitalism is why we as a nation have the extra money and resources to afford to have 12% of our population on SNAP benefits. Nobody in the US dies from food scarcity starvation. If the US were a top down socialist economy, 90%+ of the population would be on SNAP type benefits, and millions would actually be starving, some even starving to death, like in Cuba. Under socialism, Cubans can't even produce enough food to feed their own population, much less generate exports.

Cancer is for the most part the same process, the different treatments have to do with the different complications that occur based on where it’s located. The different presentations have to do with cancer cells still mostly being identical to their non-cancerous cell types. A single mechanism cure could exist.
