@JeremyPenter@SkillUpYT Based on your original tweet, his review will offset what youve seen as skewing positive. Not 100% negative but definitely nothing that could be seen as an endorsement
@elonmusk As smart as you can be, are you that stupid to not realize that any revenue losses would be your fault? Don’t blame others for the problems you have and are continuing to create.
Twitter has had a massive drop in revenue, due to activist groups pressuring advertisers, even though nothing has changed with content moderation and we did everything we could to appease the activists.
Extremely messed up! They’re trying to destroy free speech in America.
@BenBowlinHSW Yup i remember that one! They had another type around where I grew up where they staged a bunch of grisly car wrecks to show the dangers of different types of driving mistakes.
Does anyone else remember those religiously-funded “haunted house” experiences about the end times?
This may have only been a thing in the southern US.
@BenBowlinHSW apologies in advance but how in the everloving shit did you and Noel go through a whole ass episode about Pringles and not mention that Mitch Hedberg already uncovered how they came about? Pointless episode, unlistenable, 9/10 would recommend
Anyone else have weird relatives? Would love to hear more. Looking less for terrible stories, more quirky.
Example: I have an Aunt who, for as long as I’ve known her, never left her house during the day.
She’s convinced sunlight will burn her.
Other than that, she’s super cool.
Question for @ConspiracyStuff - If I got the gang together somewhere and we got a little tipsy, would anyone be interested in hearing a booze-fueled Stuff They Don't Want You To Know?
@JeremyPenter You don’t have to replace the company, just anyone in leadership roles. The every day devs have made a good game. The decision devs have turned their own dev cycle into a convoluted mess. It can’t be a funding issue just really bad decisions. Msoft should be a little more handsy
So I am seeing a lot of articles saying that 343 should be removed from Halo development.
That would, of course, mean a total re-jiggering of everything. Can't pull a company OFF and have them still on.
What do you think? Remove 343 as a company and give it to like...who?
@IwriteOK@AnarchoCorvidae Eww dilauded never did it for me as you feel it mostly just when using needles which I always had a strict rule against. Just go for the tried and true all American oxy. Possibly demerol
OK, I'm going to start my own top down, MLM revolutionary vangaurd party and I swear on Marx's grave this one isn't going to be infiltrated by feds or run by a sexpest. For real, I mean it. We're actually going to do it this time.
Stream will starting about 30 minutes late. Jr fell in some mud at band camp. I need to go point and laugh…
Or take him a change of clothes. One of those two
@BenBowlinHSW@ConspiracyStuff Yeah we just closed on a house in feb/March after over a year of looking. One of the worst experiences ever. Gave me gray hairs and my wife a ton of anxiety/stress issues along with some depression when it became obvious that we were competing with investment companies/flippers
Recording new @ConspiracyStuff on corporations buying up US homes. Fascinating/frightening
Anyone have a recent experience buying a home (or trying to)? I’d love to share it on air.
@JeremyPenter We love redemption arcs in our movies, why not real life too? What’s the difference except that in reality, we have to deal with the actions that provide the need for redemption. Our personal investment should make it more satisfying
The redemption arc that exists around some games is fantastic. Be it No Mans Sky, or even some of the later bits for Cyberpunk.
But man I don't want that to be a THING.
