A suspected rocket attack targeted the residence of a Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in Manipur. The incident, which occurred in Moirang along the sensitive hill-valley boundary, resulted in the fatalities of two young children who were asleep at the time. The deceased children's mother sustained serious injuries. Visual documentation of the aftermath is graphic. A Kuki armed group is suspected to be responsible for the attack. This event is deeply tragic. Condolences are extended to the family of the victims.
