Today was the 1st good trek of the year. It wasn't cold, sidewalks and paved trails were clear, and even some grassy areas were dry enough for a power wheelchair. I sniffed. I 💩ed. I splooted in snow patches. I saw human, dogs, cats and geese. And my friends. My ❤️ feels good.

@BlendJet It's been frustrating not receiving any updates on the recall from last year. I haven't been able to use my blender for almost a year. The wait has been ridiculous and no information has been shared.

Over 1.5 years Bunsen found 11 mooselegs. It was horrific and hilarious. We have theories where all the mooselegs came from but it honestly doesn’t matter because find them Bunsen did. Enjoy!

Norbert Update: Norbert is the beaver that moved into our creek last spring. Over the last year this one beaver has transformed the land into an aquatic paradise. The creek would be dry by this time as it’s fed by a tiny spring and gets most of its power from winter melt run off. The Beaver has constructed two massive dams and two smaller dams, with plans on more. He/She has befriended a group of ducks, and we have regular deer and moose that visit. The creek is also TEEMING with frogs and tadpoles, something I’ve never seen before. Maybe it’s related but there are way less mosquitoes down there than before. Enjoy the sounds of the forest, and a beaver calmly working away at Beaver nonsense.
