@TheGreenOldDill @Ukrainosaurus From what I’ve researched, high global inflation was caused in part by supply chain interruptions, high demand after economies opened back up, energy price increase (Russia-Ukraine war), the CARES Act (Trump) and American Rescue Plan (Biden). So why is Biden getting all the blame

@TheGreenOldDill @Ukrainosaurus So every other country in the world that experienced high inflation and prices during Covid also had a Biden in office that made policies that made everything worse? The United States under Biden recovered quicker and better than every other country from the effects of Covid.

@bleep23_4 @Ukrainosaurus Biden’s reactions to Covid led to inflation. Increasing the money supply by $9T in 2 yrs via his fiscal/monetary policies led to inflation. Most supply shock effects from Covid were gone by the time he took office. CPI was at 1.4% when Trump left office. 17 months later: 9%.

@RepHageman @POTUS It would be nice if there was a standard for our elected officials that goes: you can’t get on TV or social media and spew nonsense like this without showing clear evidence. We the people pay your salary, the least we demand from you is honesty and facts.

The Charlottesville rally was not a right-wing protest. It was an SPLC operation. They funded, organized, and then blamed @POTUS for it.

@Ukrainosaurus It’s not Trump’s fault that we are at war with a terrorist state that was funded and pacified by the Democrats for decades. This is the cost of cleaning up the mess you’ve been voting for.

Trump's called for armed security in schools since 2018. Trained personnel, hardened buildings, mental health intervention, ERPOs, better background checks, and yes, armed staff with bonuses and rigorous training. You want to know what he actually proposed? STOP School Violence Act funding. Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs). Arming military veterans and retired law enforcement who transition to teaching. Voluntary firearms training through DOJ partnerships. Mental health reform. Crisis intervention units. Threat assessment programs. Signed into law March 23, 2018. That's not "thoughts and prayers." That's a comprehensive strategy: hardened buildings, trained personnel, mental health services, and yes, defensive capability inside schools. You're conflating two separate issues to make a point that doesn't hold. If you want to argue Trump's approach isn't enough, fine. But don't pretend he hasn't called for school security. He has. For years. The record is clear.

Rand Paul doesn't support wasteful spending. He supports presidential security after two assassination attempts in four months. The ballroom isn't a luxury project. It's bulletproof glass, drone-proof, and on the most secure compound in the world. Republicans passed all 12 FY2026 appropriations bills. The ballroom is privately funded. You're comparing security infrastructure to economic policy as if they're the same thing. They're not. The real question is why the left opposes the same hardened security for the President that they demand for government buildings.

BREAKING: The US Supreme Court has STRUCK DOWN a lower court’s order which barred Texas’s new Congressional maps from going into effect The map will likely result in FIVE new Republicans in the US House following the 2026 midterms SCOTUS cited their December 2025 opinion striking down a DIFFERENT legal challenge to the map. Democrats are running out of options.

BRENNAN: The alleged shooter had multiple weapons. In DC, open carry is not permitted. You just said he traveled from California across the country by train. How did he do that? BLANCHE: This isn't about in my mind changing the law, or making the laws more restrictive around firearms BRENNAN: I'm asking about crossing state lines with firearms BLANCHE: I don't think that's something we should be focused on

Yes. TSA is impeding people's 2A rights. However, reasonable people can have a conversation about the efficacy of suspending 2A on "public transportion." Airplanes, if hijacked, present a potential million pound explosive projectile with nearly unlimited targeting potential. Most reasonable people, myself included, aren't adamantly opposed to making sure one can't bring guns aboard. A train, while heavy, is limited in its ability to stray off its track. A bus is units of magnitudes smaller than, say, a 747, and also relatively limited in its ability to travel off road. Your claim that I'm the "only one who thinks existing gun laws are sufficient enough to deter a crazed lone gunman" is laughable. Many laws exist as 1) deterrents and 2) punishments in the case where deterrents fail. In this case, Cole shall get his day in court and likely face the consequences of having ignored the strong deterrent to singularly undertake the retarded course of action he took.

@bleep23_4 @atrupar @charise_lee The 2nd amendment explicitly promotes the idea that Americans can (and in some cases should) use violence to protect their rights/interests so there should be no impediment to transporting arms. Existing laws are a sufficient deterrent for cases of a crazed, lone gunman.
