@egovacuo @ZaidJilani Social media and screen time can mean vastly different things. People judging a person forgiving iPads at dinner is vastly different than preteens and teens being on social media.

“Parenting is hard etc” from someone who doesn’t have to do it is a wild way to start a sermon. Parenting is hard, period. Screen time is often a last resort for families. The last thing moms need is judgmental commentary from the childless peanut gallery.

The actual derangement is the people who don’t realize Obama is broadly popular, well-liked, and remembered fondly and was extremely popular on the day he left office as well.
Not a perfect president or a flawless administration but better than all the other ones.

I don’t believe that people view Mamdani as particularly competent. He may have cruised to victory on his warmth and charisma, but attitudes, especially toward politicians, depend on getting things done. His ratings don’t surprise me. 🤷♂️
