Today’s abs 💪 My muscles were really sore again today, so I took my time stretching and did some light exercises to get my whole body moving! I did a longer, 40min cardio. If I don't move, my muscles get stiff and start to hurt, so moving around a bit makes me feel better.

I don't like Taylor Swift's music but I can't figure out the hate she gets. She's just a happy-go-lucky hardworking lady with no scandals who makes girly music and is extremely generous to all her employees and charities. I don't get it.
