Weed can cause stroke.
Weed can cause delusions.
Weed can cause lung cancer.
Weed can cause heart attack.
Weed can cause smoker's cough.
Weed can cause low bone density.
Weed can cause shortness of breath.
Weed can destroy your mental health.
Weed can cause disorganized thoughts.
Whether you call it weed, marijuana, pot, dope, or grass.
Whether you smoke, vape, drink, or eat it.
Weed has mind-altering compounds that affect both your brain and body. The main psychoactive substance in marijuana is known as tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
THC stimulates the part of your brain that responds to pleasure, like food and sex, unnleashing a chemical known as dopamine, which gives you a euphoria.
But THC can be addictive and harmful. It can also cause decreased appetite, diarrhoea, feeling sick, weakness, behavioural or mood change, dizziness, feeling very tired, feeling high, hallucinations, and suicidal thoughts.
The worst is when you take week with alcohol. Weed can further potentiate the harmful effects of alcohol in your body by suppressing vomiting.
Weed is not your friend. Stop taking it.

The Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil
Main Passage: Genesis 2:9
There are no wasted details in Eden. The Holy Ghost does not set two trees in the middle of the garden because He needs decorative balance in the story. He puts them there because those two trees stand at the center of one of the greatest theological contrasts in all the Bible. Genesis 2:9 says, “And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.” There is beauty in the verse. There is abundance in the verse. There is provision in the verse. But right in the middle of all that goodness, the Lord singles out two trees by name. Not ten. Not twenty. Two. The tree of life, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. That means those trees are not background scenery. They are doctrinal pillars planted in Eden by the hand of God.
The first thing a Bible believer ought to notice is that both trees are in a garden planted by God, in a world originally called very good, before the serpent ever speaks, before sin enters, before the curse falls. That means the presence of the two trees does not mean Eden was defective. It means Eden was morally structured. The garden was not lawless paradise. It was ordered paradise. It was not a place of autonomous freedom. It was a place of freedom under God’s word. Modern man always wants liberty without commandment, knowledge without obedience, desire without boundary, and life without submission. But the Lord did not create man in a morally blank playground. He created him in a garden where life was present, food was abundant, beauty was everywhere, and obedience still mattered. The two trees prove that from the outset.
And when you trace those trees out through the rest of the Bible, they open into something far bigger than one chapter in Genesis. The tree of life does not die in Eden. It reappears at the end of the Book, in Revelation 2:7 and Revelation 22:2, standing on the far side of judgment and redemption as part of the restored order. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil, on the other hand, becomes the flashpoint of moral rebellion, death, alienation, shame, and exile. One tree is bound up with life under God’s order. The other tree becomes the test point where knowledge is seized outside God’s command. One points toward communion, continuance, and life from God. The other becomes the place where man reaches beyond his station and loses everything. So these two trees are not merely botanical curiosities. They are signs, tests, witnesses, and theological landmarks from Genesis to Revelation.
1. Two Trees in the Midst of the Garden
Genesis 2:9 says the tree of life was “also in the midst of the garden,” and then immediately mentions “the tree of knowledge of good and evil.” That phrase “in the midst” matters because it marks centrality. These trees are not hidden in some obscure corner of Eden. They are placed where they matter. The Lord puts them in a position that says plainly: life, obedience, knowledge, and moral accountability are not side issues in human existence. They are near the center of it. The garden is full of other trees pleasant to the sight and good for food, but these two are singled out because they carry significance beyond ordinary nourishment.
That means Eden was not just a place of beauty. It was a place of meaning. Men often imagine that paradise would mean a state where nothing is tested, nothing is commanded, and nothing morally weighty stands before the soul. But the Bible does not present Eden that way. Eden is beautiful, yes. It is abundant, yes. It is peaceful, yes. But it is also morally ordered. The two named trees in the middle of the garden show that man’s life before God was never meant to be mindless existence. It was always meant to involve relation, trust, obedience, and a right reception of

State of Emergency
Military rule
Forward Operating Bases
Curfews
Presidential Visits
Deployment of a military task force
None has worked
The only thing that has not been tried is the arming of the victims
Remember, vigilantes were armed, so why not the victims, house by house? Give them the arms, record it

My problem is not whether anybody hates Muslims or not. I'm not religious and anyone has the right to hate whoever or whatever they want. My problem is that if you truly believe that "Muslims are killing Christians" in search of some "Islamic Caliphate", and you are serious about opposing them, then you should want to find out who is funding these "Muslims", who is supplying them military equipment, and who is constantly providing all kinds of political, diplomatic and material support for them.
If you believe in something, follow it all the way through. Go down the rabbit hole and don't stop until you've found what you're looking for. Once upon a time, when I had the same ideas about "Muslims", that was what I set out to do. Because that is the logical next step of opposing something. You should want to find out everything you can about this enemy so that you can disrupt it. So back in 2021, I set out to find out everything I could about these "Muslims" and the big masquerades behind them - and those masquerades turned out to be in Tel-Aviv and Washington DC. That was when I realised that "Muslims" were the least of my problems.
I thought my search would terminate in Doha or Riyadh or Amman - instead it turned out that even the Saudis and Qataris who incubated these awful Wahabbi/Salafi doctrines were just proxies of White, Christian/Jewish empire builders in Washington, London, Paris and Tel-Aviv. The "Muslims" were in fact, not involved in the decision making and they were basically powerless. The people who created the ISIS, Boko Haram, Al-Qaida etc were western empire-seekers who wore suits and spoke English, and the purpose of those terror outfits was not to create some "Islamic caliphate" but to seize land and resources for said white men!
And that's when my mental shift happened. The simple realisation that "Muslims" were at best useful idiots in this scheme, and that the REAL enemy were the people I used to hang out with at Bogobiri and the US Consular General's residence. I had that epiphany because I followed that rabbit hole down to the end and found the actual horrible truth. But most of you have no such balls. You are satisfied to just hear and repeat a narrative without ever trying to confirm it for yourself and take action based on that narrative.
This was the same problem I had with the Obidient people. I was ready to go to fucking WAR for what I wanted in 2023, and I lit myself on fire in ways that I am still recovering from. I escaped an international kidnapping attempt, I survived an attempt on my life, I spent months hopping around Nairobi short lets like a homeless person, and I would have done it all again if that was what it took to get that mandate. But most of you that claimed to support the same candidate had no such motivation. Your own was to sit on the internet and type "A new Nigeria is PO-ssible" and "All eyes on the judiciary" to zero fucking effect. And since that didn't work out, half of you have moved to APC, and the other half are still stuck in a 2022 - 2023 time loop, repeating the same tired nonsense that had no effect.
As I said earlier today, you people have no real convictions or beliefs about anything. All you do is make noise for a short while, then you go back to the shallow, stupid things that are actually the centre of your lives like sports betting, visa hunting and talking about relationships. Nothing you people say comes from a place of genuine thought or conviction - you're just a bunch of internet performance artists. Even the "Muslims" you claim are genociding you - if one of them flashes small 100k at you, your entire perspective will shift instantly. You don't believe anything you are saying, which is why I pity that Mossad asset that thinks he's going to instigate a civil war in Nigeria.
He has no idea how useless the people he's trying to instigate really are. Except he will bring mercenaries to fight the war on both sides, nobody is dying for whatever they claim to believe in Nigeria. The most they will do is talk everlasting amounts of shit at each other on the internet, and then switch up completely once they see money, food, or breast. They only came to this world to eat, shit, fuck, sleep, and die in that order. Anyone taking them seriously is just wasting his agency's budget. Even their civil war had to be fought and supported on both sides by foreign powers because they couldn't do it themselves.
I'm only afraid of an invasion.
I'm not afraid of Nigerians at all. Who dey fear mannequin?

The day after Palm Sunday is called Holy Monday. On that day, Jesus was traveling from Bethany to Jerusalem when he noticed a fig tree full of leaves. Expecting to find fruit, he went up to it but found none.
He said, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.”
The following morning, as the disciples passed by the same tree, they saw that it had withered from the roots. Peter said, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree you cursed has withered.” Jesus responded, “Have faith in God.”
The image is striking: a fig tree full of leaves but without fruit—an outward sign of life with no real substance. In Christian tradition, this fig tree represents the idea of appearing faithful or religious on the outside while lacking true spiritual fruit within.
This account is recorded in Matthew 21 and Mark 11.

In 1967, India accidentally ran one of the largest heart disease observations ever recorded.
1.5 million railway workers.
Same job.
Same salary.
Same hospitals.
Only difference, what they ate.
Northern workers cooked with ghee.
Animal fat.
Butter.
The fat your grandmother used before the yellow bottle arrived.
Southern workers cooked with seed oil.
Groundnut oil.
The “heart-healthy” option.
Heart disease in the seed oil region, 135 per 100,000.
Heart disease in the animal fat region, 20 per 100,000.
Seven times higher where they used seed oil.
Among the most physically active workers, it was fifteen times higher.
They published it.
In a medical journal.
In 1967.
Nobody followed up.
Because by then, the companies selling seed oil had already started shaping the narrative.
That was 1967.
This is 2026.
That same oil is still in your kitchen.
You are still being told it is “heart-healthy.”
Your grandmother cooked with palm oil and animal fat.
You switched.
Your numbers changed.
Not hers.
The bottle matters.
And the truth is more complicated than what you were told.
Not all seed oils are equal.
Not all traditional fats are automatically protective.
What matters is how the oil is processed, how often it is reheated, and what your overall diet looks like.
Highly processed, repeatedly heated oils can contribute to inflammation.
But heart disease is not caused by one ingredient alone.
It is built over time, through patterns.
Your plate.
Your portions.
Your lifestyle.
Your consistency.
Do not reduce your health to one bottle.
But do not ignore what is in it either.
If you are going to change something, let it be intentional.
Better oils.
Better cooking methods.
Better structure on your plate.

Peeing more than two times a night is not normal.
I don’t care what you told yourself. I don’t care that your father did it too. I don’t care that you Googled it and the internet said “drink less water before bed.”
If you are waking up 2, 3, 4 times a night to urinate — your body is telling you something. And it is not “drink less water.”
It could be your blood sugar. Elevated glucose makes your kidneys work overtime to flush the excess. Your body is literally peeing out the sugar you ate for dinner.
It could be your prostate. Enlarged. Inflamed. Pressing on your bladder. Not because of age. Because of what you have been eating for twenty years.
It could be your blood pressure. The kidneys and the heart are in constant conversation. When one is struggling, the other compensates. At night, that compensation shows up as frequent urination.
It could be all three. At the same time. Working together to wake you up every two hours while you blame the heat.
The heat is not waking you up. Your plate is.
Stop normalising it. Stop managing it. Get tested. Check your fasting sugar. Check your PSA. Check your blood pressure. Then reach out.
Your body is not supposed to wake you up more than twice at night to urinate. That is not a feature. That is a warning.
Night is for sleep not peeing!
Don’t forget to reach out for a well-structured meal plan. Share and tag your friends.

Marriage Is Not Just a Ceremony - The One-Flesh Truth Most Churches Will Not Touch
Introduction
There are some subjects that make religious people nervous because the plain words of Scripture cut straight across tradition, sentiment, and church culture. Marriage is one of them. A crowd of people can quote wedding verses, attend ceremonies, smile for pictures, and talk about covenant, vows, rings, and contracts, but very few of them are willing to stop and ask the blunt Bible question: what is the actual joining that makes a man and a woman one? That is where the controversy begins, because once you open the Book and let the words speak for themselves, you run into something that is far more physical, far more direct, and far more sobering than modern Fundamentalist clichés are prepared to handle. The reason many people never get clarity on the subject is because they start with what they were taught by preachers, denominations, family customs, and state procedure, and then they try to force the Bible to nod in approval. But a Bible believer has to do the opposite. He has to let the Book correct his assumptions, even when the correction is uncomfortable.
The first truth that must be faced is that God does not speak of marriage in the soft, decorative, sentimental way the modern church often does. In Genesis 2:24 the Lord said, “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” That is not mystical fog. That is not poetic fluff. That is not a vague religious feeling. That is a statement about union, joining, and bodily reality. Jesus Christ repeated it in Matthew 19:5-6, saying, “For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh.” Paul repeated it again in Ephesians 5:31. Then, to make sure nobody spiritualized it into nonsense, the Holy Spirit put the hammer down in 1 Corinthians 6:16: “What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.” That verse alone destroys the modern fantasy that physical union is incidental, optional, or merely symbolic. No, sir. The act joins. The act makes one flesh. That is exactly why fornication is treated as such a dreadful sin.
Now that is where people start squirming, because once you see that the one-flesh union is real, you can no longer talk about sex as if it were recreation, experimentation, or emotional expression with no objective spiritual and bodily consequence. The body does not lie, even when the heart does. The flesh does not play games, even when modern culture does. When a man and woman are joined in that act, something real happens before God. That is why the Bible does not treat fornication as a casual mistake. It treats it as a profaning of something that belongs in holy order. The modern church, trying to protect ceremony at all costs, often says too little about the bodily union itself, while the modern world, trying to normalize lust at all costs, pretends the bodily union means nothing. Both sides are wrong. The Bible takes the middle of neither error. The Bible says that marriage is real, flesh joining flesh is real, and fornication is so horrible precisely because it misuses something God designed for marriage. That is the truth a lot of people do not want preached, but it is the truth that needs preaching.

"It was written by man?" Yes, 40 men.
They lived over a period of 1,500 years.
That means some of them was born before the others died, and some died before the others were born.
They lived on three different continents.
They spoke three different languages.
And yet from Genesis to Revelation, there's an undeniable unity of thought.
That's literally impossible: you can't get 20 people in a room and tell them to write an essay about one topic and get agreement.
Impossible apart from the inspiration of God Almighty.
40 men wrote the Bible by putting in on paper, but YHWH is the true only author of the Book of life.

Honestly, I'm not worried about Nigerians being stirred up to fight each other by the most obvious US/Israeli false flag of all time.
Because one thing I've come to know about my people is that their feelings are loud but extremely shallow. Their attention span is a mile wide and an inch deep. You won't be able to scroll past 3 tweets without seeing the word "Jos" today, but by Wednesday latest, it will be completely memory-holed, beause the ugly truth about Nigerians is that they don't really care about ANYTHING unless it happens to them INDIVIDUALLY.
Nobody remembers whatever they were jerking their outrage rocks off to last Monday. And this too is just the latest piece of Nigerian social media outrage porn that will do the rounds and disappear under 48 hours flat. "Nigerian Christian Genocide" is not a production that is aimed at Nigerians, because Nigerians have no capacity to feel anything deeply. Everything in their lives, including even their love for their children is shallow, conditional and transactional.
If they had the capacity to genuinely feel and understand anything, the conversation would have long since moved past "the Muslims are killing the Christians" and vice-versa, to "why are both Muslims and Christians being massacred for no discernible reason, and who is providing illiterate militia groups with sophisticated weapons that even the military does not have?" And from there, it wouldn't take a genius to figure out that as long as the US and Israel still have embassies standing in Nigeria, that country will never know peace.
But since they have no such capacity and they really don't actually care about terrorism beyond their shallow, temporary, performative social media noisemaking, they remain trapped in the stupid loop of Horrible Event ---> I HATE MUSLIMS ----> Forget by sunset ----> Do it all over again. If they didn't care about a drug trafficker with a 2,500-page FBI file stealing their election and calling himself "president" right till this moment, why would they care about anything?
You call can shut the fuck up with your performance whining.
You don't mean a word of it.
