this is my final post as Head of PR at @bstategames after almost 9 years working on @tarkov and @tarkovarena, i’m leaving the studio – to pursue something that simply cannot be created inside a classic, familiar structure BSG and Tarkov have changed the lives of millions of people. including mine i’m proud of the team, the community, and the world we built together. i want to sincerely thank everyone i had the chance to work with during these years and with whom we achieved so much: my beloved colleagues, trusted partners, incredibly talented content creators, and the people closest to me. @nikgeneburn and many others 🫡 but most of all – the players. those who all these years cared and still care about the fate of our shared, beloved game Escaped from Tarkov

@Gigabeef I use it, made a difference to me with 7950x3d but it's because the game wasn't using my x3d cache cores so I could manually set it this way

Any x3D people have success with Process Lasso in Tarkov? I just tried it again with my 5800x3D - turn SMT off, remove affinity for core 0 etc but it never makes a difference for my system. Is there something else to it, or it is just highly situational?

@TSM_Break @WalkerStreams @StodehTV A diff perspective ig as smaller sized streamer I prefer the current system. In my experience it's multiple decent days streaming when I want. Instead of 24 hours of it and hope that you didn't pick same day as big streamer then quieter stream rest of the days with the old system

@WalkerStreams @BlitzerGirl @StodehTV Ahh I had no idea. Always been on the fringe of the Tarkov community so never mega involved. Pretty crappy. Either way, I think the scheduled drops worked better and allowed less gaming of the system.

Bit of a moan. Ahem. 🗣️ People not actually being present on stream & farming Tarkov drops is just a bit shit man. I respect these dudes, but getting a mate in for 8 hours while you sleep, or having your buddys stream on your stream is lame AF. Also what would AD agencies think when their AD is played to 10,000 "viewers" with 9600 of them AFK? Probably get shit for this opinion from the "get that bag bro crowd" but it leaves me feeling a bit hollow, & makes Twitch look proper shite. 🤷‍♂️

@TSM_Break @StodehTV Not saying that this was wrong btw it's a smart business thing to do and even I was part of this meta. But I think it has the same premise of your OP kinda and I feel like smaller streamers still get lot more opportunities with free drops cos not every1 will 24/7 farm

@TSM_Break @StodehTV Yeah last year they implemented the apply and pick times thing, but before that was a bit cooked imo was more about who you know etc to get in. Either way kinda the same thing happens imo generally ppl at the top just create raid trains etc to keep the viewers in that circle

@TSM_Break @StodehTV Doesn't that still just help the top/the ppl who knew ppl to get on the list? It was limited to a certain streamers and if you happened to be a new streamer and not in that list you just didn't get any drops so no1 was gonna watch you at all

@StodehTV Tarkov used to have 12 hour slots. Worked really well, & at the end you would raid other streamers that had their drops starting when yours ended. Had a nice community vibe to it. It's lost that tight knit feel, now it's greed to stay live the longest & stay at the top.

Am I the only one struggling to have ok performance in tarkov last couple days? Like genuinely asking. Input lag, severely low fps at times on usually good maps, bad dsync, it feels extra idk or am I getting worse😳
