BITCOIN POLICY INSTITUTE MOVES TO INTERVENE IN ‘ABANDONED BITCOIN’ LAWSUIT
The Bitcoin Policy Institute (BPI) has filed a motion to intervene in the New York “Abandoned Bitcoin” case, where an anonymous plaintiff, “Noah Doe,” is seeking a court declaration granting legal ownership of allegedly abandoned Bitcoin, including coins widely believed to belong to Satoshi Nakamoto.
If granted, BPI would become an intervenor-defendant, allowing it to participate directly in the case.
Court filings argue the nonprofit has a strong public interest in the outcome given its work on Bitcoin policy and civil liberties.

you choose how to store your tokenized docs. we'll have a sandbox (per say) for initial users hopping in. with a storage NFT users then plug in their own JWT (key) to pin their docs to (all encrypted content routes that way. public routes to the chain). recommend, checking out @pinatacloud. they have free 1GB plans. but you can also do offline via a .b9d (individual doc) or .b9v (full vault of docs).
