Funding Pips Unfair Ban!! 🚨 I recently purchased 3x100k One Step @fundingpips challenges (after moving from FTMO). After passing the evaluation phase, my master accounts have been rejected in the review phase. No clarify on what rule I broke, no email to tell me clearly, no clarity whatsoever besides saying i didn't comply with appendix A - wasn't the trading policy updated to make things clearler @Khldfx . I’ve been offered a refund - which if I choose to accept would mean I would be banned from FP. THINK ABOUT THIS: I thought Funding Pips was the market leader in CFDs but now we can't even pass an evaluation? If I was buying and failing, would I have been compensated for all the failed challenges? Or imagine if i spent thousands on challenges, hoping one day to be funded, then i get this? What are we trading for on Funding pips if it means if you pass your evaluation, they will reject you and ban you? If you are endlessly buying and failing challenges, they will gladly let you, but the second you pass an evaluation, they will reject. I should have been offered master with minimum profitable days. How am i at fault for trading the volatility of the current market. Small correction. Not multiple devices. Multiple users on the same device. Multiple devices was never the issue. Use as many as you want. Sharing them with another trader is not allowed, which is in our terms and common knowledge anyway Your account and a second user’s account: same device, same unique identifier, same IPs, again and again. And yes, 12079338 is another account of yours, which was fine, however the other user on your device is not That is account sharing, and when we see it, we act Fun fact: there was no reward to deny. The account was closed before one existed Our policy is public: reach a reward and you get paid, even if we catch something after the request. We blame ourselves, not you Zero reward denials, over $280M paid out

I really feel for @avikkfp , having to be stuck on loop with people who are caught blatantly cheating. I said it before and I will say it again, a Prop's job has gone from solicitation and growth by providing payouts to chasing around cheats all day. One of the reasons I retired - its completely negative vibes non stop and its a mega kill joy for something that should be positive. Kudos to you Avik for fighting back.

They're withholding my approved $200k account using "Appendix A" without providing clear evidence or metrics ⚠️ Unilateral and ambiguous. I successfully and 100% cleanly completed both phases of a $200k Funding Pips challenge, trading manually (Day Trading on XAU/USD), without bots, HFT, arbitrage, or martingale strategies. I strictly adhered to every daily limit, drawdown, and visible metric rule. In fact, my Phase 1 (ID: #12263638) and Phase 2 (ID: #20064819) were automatically validated and approved by the system's dashboard. However, when I requested access to the Master account, the company unilaterally denied it, hiding behind the generic argument of a "final compliance review" based on their "Appendix A." I have already submitted a formal appeal to their support team demanding a technical clarification of which rule was violated, as Appendix A cannot be a catch-all for rejecting legitimate traders. I publicly demand that they specify: Profit concentration?: If they allege that a trade exceeded the limit, show the trade ID and a breakdown of their calculations. Prohibited strategies?: My trading is entirely manual. Show the server logs that prove alleged arbitrage or tick scalping. IP security?: I trade from my own devices. Show the connections they consider suspicious. If an automated system approves you because you comply with all the rules, it is unacceptable to then manually block your account using ambiguous terms and without providing a technical report with the disputed transactions. I formally warn the trading community: 100% compliance with the rules displayed on Funding Pips does not guarantee you will receive a master account. They apply subjective criteria at the end of the process. I demand an immediate review by a senior supervisor. @fundingpips

@fundingpips claims to have evidence but refuses to provide even the most basic details, hiding behind a "privacy policy." I'm not asking for anyone's personal information—only the account ID, the alleged login date and time, and the device id involved. If they can't share even that, how is a trader supposed to defend themselves against such accusations? I am still surprised that the top prop firm have started to do this.

It's an internal document. Decision is final." That's exactly what happened to me with @fundingpips I categorically deny any CID violation. I trade only from my own device and i can provide my MT5 app login records, but they refused to review them or provide any proof. If firms can terminate accounts without giving traders any evidence, how is anyone supposed to defend themselves?( @trustedprophub ) This is not my first time using them 2-3 months back i was 300k funded with them so i know the rules. #fundingpips #propfirm

Yes, that i know. I’m in a channel where I’m able to interact with CEO daily. I was involved in seeing those traders being picked, not happy, accepted it, and loving it. Again, I can even tell you the numbers being picked. It’s not everyone. CEO was not trying to f them but to pick the A plus traders to go through this prime program. I have not heard one prime trader complained ever since doing it. In fact there was one prime trader that was able to withdraw 23 k daily.

I've never had such an issue before, that's why im confused. from what i can see FP did have sudden evaluation restrictions before without announcement (Where users would either get refund or reset), so i can only assume this is something new in place. @avikkfp @Khldfx

@blockWav4 @fundingpips @avikkfp Nowadays. I go max of the risk allow if I’m rushing. Result is not as great with this aggressive approach. Not encouraging this but definitely tried max allowed for a trade. So I can literally testify you did not get rejected because of risks especially after this new updates.

You can ask anyone from the company. You could have a 20k payout due and they can hit you with the invite last minute and that is that.

Their prime allows you to request payout daily. There are currently only a few population of prime Traders and all I heard has been great. They were not happy before trying tho. I have got screen shot and proof of those real users. How about you ?you gotta back up those rumours with fact
