@paulmorley19 I think his PPG was slowly and gradually dropping though and the players certainly weren’t playing at the required level. I think he’d have got us to around 38-40 points. Would’ve been close I reckon!

@forestmad80 Im a very confident 100% certainty in both scenarios, there is no way we would have beat Spurs, Burnley, Sunderland or Chelsea with the dinosaur in charge (and they are the games that saved us) and MGW made all the difference in increasing our goal total.

There will be no sympathy or empathy from football fans outside of Southampton. Yes the penalty is huge and significant but if a lesser penalty applied and the Saints got promoted aided by their cheating, then it would mean that cheats would have prospered which cannot be allowed to happen. The rules were beefed up after the Leeds incident and Southampton blatantly ignored and Todd roughshod over them. Your manager has no moral compass. The decision means you are learning a hard lesson on morality and karma.
