@euthanisedangel I think that’s if you don’t workout like at all, mine is 1700 with no exercise, but with exercise to 4-5 a week it goes up to 2100

@mimicakees For me, I like walking outside around my neighborhood, I can’t stand walking in place on a treadmill, I also like listening to podcasts or music doing it! Btw if you live in a hot environment make sure to go walking when it isn’t a million degrees
