@strawberrycxls I'm doing a 5 day one but I did 312 hour (around 2 weeks) a while back and i was only a bit dizzy on the last few days.. I had sugar free yogurt and jelly sometimes tho

how long can u liquid fast, like hypothetically drinking coffee, tea, whatever to get calories in if ur supplementing vitamins and stuff could i just go for like 10 days, eat, and then restart? STAY tuned because im tryint this theory out
