why am i so bad with socials anyway, -3lb down so far 😋

starting off strong today; morning- 2 white monsters (22cal) skipped lunch. dinner- potato, tuna & coleslaw (405 cal) snack- diet coke (2 cal) water intake - 3L ^.^ see you tomorrow!!!

how i feel when im eating food but nobody else is

unfortunately being short means a 5lb gain makes you look 15lbs heavier

its actually really embarrassing how addicted to food i am

in my baking era - my family love me rn xox

maybe i just dont want it enough because otherwise id be skinny by now
