Dan tetep DITOLAK: request CBX dianggap terlalu broad, ga bisa nge-specify scope yang dimasalahin itu tuh apa/berapa; pay distribution kah (kyk JYJ), royalti dari album kah, intinya dianggap cuma spekulasi liar doang; ga legitimate ada concern atau urgensi; claimnya ga ada basis yg jelas. At least 4x mereka udah KALAH soal ini (1x Ministry, 1x district court, 1x high court, 1x Supreme Court). SM dianggap udah transparan & sesuai aturan; gak melakukan pelanggaran.
