@Jegscity @FutureBestDaddy @EllaNnabugo I'm happy for her. After my first year doing this shit I knew it was a waste of time. Second year, I tracked everything. Opened a new account, got a POS, so every income was tracked, and of course expenses too. I can tell you for free, waste of my fucking time.

My client insisted he will pull me out of my Bolt driving job 😂 So I got a ride to the airport by 6am today. On getting there, it was two older men… they were shocked to see it was a lady. Immediately he entered the car, the questions started: “Young lady, why are you doing this job? Are there no other jobs you can do?” I told him, “There’s no work in this country, and I don’t want to be idle.” He asked what pushed me into it, then said if he gets me a job in Abuja, will I take it? I said yes… as long as the pay is worth it 😌 He asked what I’m looking at, I said 250k–300k, I’ll quit this Uber life immediately 😭 He told me to send my CV to his email, that he’ll try and secure something for me. Said he has never seen a lady driver before. I told him we’re out here… just rare. He even commended me 👏 Got to the airport, he gave me his email again and tipped me too. Funny thing is… this is not even the first time a client is telling me to send my CV 😭 but I’m always on the move, and I don’t even remember to save their contacts. Omo… sometimes this job na connection + testimony 🙏 #BoltDriver #UberDriver #RideHailingLife #DriverStories #NaijaStories #NigeriaTwitter

@haji_musteey One sister finally told me how the dick print had viewers. I'm extremely shy, and started wearing jalabia to wash car. I still hate boxers.

@haji_musteey I was 23 when I became conscious of the big D thing. I'd just finished uni, we'd just moved to a new compound. The other families in the compound had young girls my age or slightly younger. I hated boxers, my job was to wash the cars. I always felt like I was being watched.

I totally agree with you, there’s a man in my area who is mentally unstable; he comes to bath under the tap where we sell water to truck pushers. He has a very big penis, one of my staff, an elderly woman in her early 50s, saw it, and since then she hasn’t stopped talking about it to her colleagues. In fact, she now gives him food and money. I’m sure she gets aroused when she sees him. My only fear now is that she might take advantage of him. If a woman at that age could get freaked out by big dig, you know truly big dick is a thing.

@tobyasky Usually, I'd call out "Hello, anyone here?" But women don't like men near female bathrooms, so you'll most likely hear, "Sir, this is female bathroom!" I usually just say, "Sorry ma'am, my girls need the bathroom. I obviously can't come in—pls help?" Women like to help men.

Girl dads, when you take your daughters out, let's say they're between ages 4-8 and they want to use the bathroom, what do you do? Remember you cannot take the child to the male toilet, neither can you go into the female toilet, and she needs your assistance. Share your experience?

Yesterday, my new staff called me out 😅 She said she’s not impressed with how people come late to work. Our official opening time is 8am, but according to her, some people stroll in between 8:30 and 9am. Then she dropped her suggestion… “Since I come by 7am, you can start leaving the office key with me.” In my mind, I just smiled 😂 I said, “this one don start…” Because if you’ve been in business long enough, you’ll understand this phase. When people are new, they come with full energy, discipline, and ideas. Sometimes it’s genuine… sometimes it’s what I call initial gra gra 😁 Don’t get me wrong, I like her mindset. I like that she’s punctual and wants things to work properly. But let’s be honest… Trust is not built in just few days of good behavior. She started working here on Monday. The person currently holding my key has worked with me for 2 solid years. Consistency, loyalty, and time earned that position. So I told her I’ll think about it. But deep down, I know one thing for sure. Before I hand you my key, I will observe you well well. We will cross like 7 rivers together first 😂 Because in business, Character is not proven by how you start… but how you continue when the energy drops. But one thing she did right? She exposed something important and its lateness. And that’s a conversation I will definitely have with the team. So yes, I see you. I hear you. But we go take am one step at a time.

I’m also in this situation, and I’m drained. I found out my store landlord is a developer whose tenure expired March, but he kept quiet and collected 2 years’ rent from me. Now the actual property owners have sent their lawyer to my store with a notice saying all of us will be ejected on the 13th of April. Lol.
Ugegbe ✨@MarinatedTurks

I mean, my Landlady knew her house was in court, she was given a ruling in October but she still collected money from me in January without telling me or anybody what was going on. Will she also accuse Tinubu of wickedness?? Terrible government, terrible people.

@UnkleAyo It's very possible to not be online if your income isn't tied to the internet. In 2023, I deleted all apps except Spotify on my phone. I been want craze then. I can't say I avoided news sha, cos people talk. But a whole year I didn't give a F about the internet.

I definitely didn't know Iran was at war. Also didn't know Aunty Esther is no longer with us. I'm dealing with self-induced desert encroachment on my head because of academic burden - you think I haven't morphed the ability to switch social media off? Plus, I don't have to buy eggs for #300 - why would i be under the impulse to come online & rant? If your income isn't online and you don't have that ability, your brain strength is bonkers - an entire trash island. Brain rot niggers finding out entire galaxies exist outside social media. Internet and social media 247, all week, all month, all year since you could first operate a phone - and you don't see the problem? Again, go and play with sand.

This response will address you in parts - the remaining is a reactionary comment to some replies I've read since I got back. My family members and partner were under strict warning not to "give me any gist". I made it clear that it was a line they shouldn't cross. My use of Internet was strictly academic and work. Of what importance would "news" play for me? "Real ones know that you were online with a burner". I mean, I installed my apps since morning and been catching up through tags, search queries and mentions. So of course, I'd see posts from yesterday, last week or 2 months ago. So, I will decide to hiatus for 3 months, then be lurking silently with burner? 😂 deceiving who? We're both age mates but look at my "presumed" life outputs - do you think we're the same? Go and play with sand, Chief.

@blqqkk @TradeWithThanos @just__teddyy Lmaoo So if your teachers are making grammatical errors, you won't see anything wrong? Or your banker, or say an investment partner? It's not about thinking less of people, it's about using your common sense. Stereotypes exist for a reason, you'll be a fool to disregard it.

Came online and saw @just__teddyy had quoted her and it’s best I lend my own fact. I don’t attach the word scammer or thief to people here on the internet but I leave that to you to judge. She has been caught today but I clocked it long ago. After our short conversation she unfollowed that’s when I knew it could all be fake.

Lowkey this guy called Nipherme is one of the richest people in the whole of web3 Nigeria. There are men who talk about success and there are men who build it. Niphe is known across Nigeria and beyond. He graduated from University of Lagos, finishing with a first class degree. (Lol, how many people in web3 can boast of that???????) this man did not stumble into greatness. He earned every inch of it with discipline, vision, and a burning hunger to be more than ordinary. Before the empire, there was the grind. Niphe built his foundation in web3 by dropping comprehensive guide back to back, he studied the algorithm he mastered the algorithm he grew. And when the time was right, he took everything he had learned and poured it into people Today, Niphe is recognized as the most successful web3 chad on this space. with properties spread across multiple states, a testament to a man who dared to bet on himself. But what makes Niphe truly remarkable is not just the wealth he has built, it is the wisdom he gives away freely. An author of four books, a social media voice with tens of thousands of followers, and a man who literally shares his earnings with his community online, he understands that real power is not hoarded, it is multiplied. Niphe is proof that with the right character, the right knowledge, and the right work ethic, a young man from Nigeria can build a legacy that commands rooms and changes lives. I also laugh when I read his timeline and people drag him cus of his Avalon . he’s loaded thou he never send me part of the money 😂. But great man.

I met two of my cousins recently - one told me: "Mark, I am hungry, and I have two children to feed, do what you can". The other one said, "Mark, I am a carpenter, I want to build beautiful furniture for you, can we work together?". The first got 10k, the second more than a million. Offer, don't request.

@FabrizioRomano Love Casemiro, but I'd leave on a high if I was him. Wasn't too long ago when this same fans had a lot to say. I remember when we'd signed Ugarte and it was popular to shit on Casemiro, I argued with my cousin that Ugarte will never bench Casemiro. Glad we all see it now.

A MONTH TO MY WEDDING, I didn’t have money to patronize a makeup artist because once they hear it’s for a wedding, they start calling 150k, 200k… haba 🤦🏾‍♀️. So I approached this my babe that does makeup real good and beg her to do my wedding and trad makeup. She agreed but she didn’t have all her stuff complete so I said I’ll buy stuff for her as compensation. We did the shopping together, spent about 40k in total to get products, then we went to another friend’s studio to do a test run. On our way back to her house, she said she was going to her guy’s place first so we’ll meet at home. She left her makeup box with me to take home. Fam, I FORGOT the makeup box inside the keke while alighting. It was too late when I remembered. I was like somebody that wanted to run mad. I chattered another keke and went from stop to stop hoping to find the keke, went to the radio station to make an announcement, nothing I did not do, but all to no avail. My friend was stunned but she didn’t shout. I eventually called my parents and they said she should make an inventory so we can refund her. She went back to the shop and made a list with the prices, everything was about 600k. My parents paid that money just so I’ll stop crying. Out of curiosity, I took the list she sent me and went to the same shop just to cross check the prices, everything totaled to less than 300k. 🫠 I still let her do the trad and wedding makeup, but I cut her off after then and till date she still doesn’t know why.

@sportakula @Sugar_Pops_ @jesserock008 @Ifedayofumi Nigerians will make excuses for everything. Yes she's a "sweetheart overall" But also yes she cheated her friend. E say na "prices change per millisecond" That's bs. Many Nigerians see things like this as being smart, it's not. It's stealing.

@Sugar_Pops_ @jesserock008 @Ifedayofumi In Nigeria that prices change per millisecond, and also depends on the salesperson's mood/being? This is a matter worth having a conversation over instead of just concluding. Speaking from personal experience — same shop, different prices. Just a second can change the price
