I'm a new cleaner and my first client this week gave me a tour of his 2,400 sq ft place with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. He said he can pay me $65 for it since it's not a deep clean. He specifically includes sweeping, mopping, wiping the surfaces, scrubbing, fixing the bed, and putting the untidy clothes in the laundry. This is my first time getting the job so do you think $65 is reasonable?

I just got a message from my insurance company. To keep coverage, I have to upload 50+ photos of the key components of my house. Roof. Plumbing. Electrical. HVAC. Water heater. Appliances. Everything. So let me get this straight... If everything is done correctly, maintained perfectly, and lower risk... do I get LOWER homeowners insurance? Or is this just another way to find reasons to charge me more?

This is outrageous.. Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus). I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC. This is reckless and cannot stand. Masks save lives, the science is settled on that.
