@JevonMayRise @JoestarJokic No it doesn't. Some teams will always be worse but to be a 20W team you have to really try because there is a race to the bottom to win. When you remove the incentive to lose you'll realize the playing field is much more even.

This is a pretty good fix to discourage teams from racing to the bottom given the penalty is not too harsh. Also getting the 5th pick instead of 3rd won't be the end of the world. Draft better.
