Look! This is how much we give @LoveYourselfPh every quarter. CD4 count? Counseling? Professional fee? Laughable. The only thing we get for free is one VL test and the FBS. No CD4. No counseling whatsoever. Clients deserve more!

@lifepoz2016 I once asked na puwede sa bahay ipadala kasi I was gonna go on a trip, and I didn't want na matengga sa branch, and then send back ko yung documents as soon as I'm back. Ayaw nila hahaha citing privacy daw eh family ko naman magri-receive. Yun pala, gusto nila yung docs ASAP! 😏

When they ship the meds—sf na 205 shouldered pa by the client—they're more concerned na pirmahan mo yung mga Philhealth papers para ipadala rin agad. That's the reason pala thay they always insist na branch pick-up instead na deliver at home. Gets ko na yung OHAT kubra lol.

Nakakaputangina talaga tong mga treatment hubs na kubra ng kubra ng OHAT claims pero hindi naman ibinibigay ang tamang serbisyo sa mga PLHIV clients nila! 🤬🤬🤬

sabi naman sa memo “all HIV treatment facilities to utilize their respective OHAT package to procure 6 months buffer supply of TLD” eh bakit pina abot ninyo pa na tingi tingi na 2 weeks na lang ARV allocation 😓 panay pirma sa Philhealth tuwing mag rerefill pero ARV is not enough

TLD is 1 💊 a day, not 1 💊 every 24 hours exactly. The reason it's good to take at the same time is because you build a routine and are less likely to forget.
When you forget our take it late, you have an opportunity to problem solve so it doesn't happen again.
For me, a keychain pill holder means I always have a backup if I forget or if I spend the night in someone else's bed ❤️
