or, not so easy depending on the rep you get.... a whole day wasted. @BluehostIndia @bluehostsupport One of the biggest problems with bluehost is that one rep tells you one thing, another rep tells something completely different. Plus your chat people, are engaged in more than one chat at once, wasting my time. I only have to much time in a day. hours in a chat... man. It's madness. upgrading website, i'm told you folks have to switch it from temp folder to public. i proceed. i come back and you do it. another site, i proceed with that same information only to find a rep who says you cannot do this for me, i have to do it. I explain that he is countering all previous reps... i am left to move domain move myself, screwing up site, downing everything, costing me a full day with your slow-as-molasses rep... still in a chat with them. frustration galore, stress galore, all depending on which rep you talk to. Professionalism...

@bluehostsupport For years I’ve had spamexperts filtering email spam on one domain for my bluehost hosting account, usually catching 25-50 per day. A week or two ago it stopped working. I did not make any changes. I still get the daily email but it says no spam filtered. Help?
