My restaurant might get shut down by authorities.
Reason - not selling Halal food
For years, we’ve worked hard to build our restaurant. We are now facing ongoing harassment, nuisances outside the restaurant, and repeated complaints to the local council aimed at shutting us down and threatening to revoke our premises licence.
We believe this pressure is connected to our decision not to remove our “Non-Halal” sign.
No business owner should face intimidation or coordinated attempts to destroy their livelihood because of their beliefs, values, or business choices. To everyone who has supported us, thank you.

Mayor of Charlotte, NC asks that we not post about this lady murdered on a Charlotte train by a repeat offender with 14 prior arrests
I say in Iryna’s memory please share and make this go viral! A repeat offender with 14 prior arrests should not be roaming the streets of ANY city! They should be locked up!! Epic failure in the justice system..

The Solemn League and Covenant reminds us that there was once a vision of Protestant unity across the nations of Britain. English and Scottish Protestants standing together in defence of Scripture, reform, liberty, and the crown rights of Christ. Not divided by border, but united by faith and purpose. 🏴🏴🇬🇧

Richard Cameron was one of the boldest heroes of the Scottish Covenanters. A fearless preacher, he defied the Crown’s control over the Church and declared that Christ alone was King of the Church. He preached openly on the moors to armed worshippers while government troops hunted them down. In 1680 he helped proclaim the Sanquhar Declaration against Charles II, risking death for his beliefs. Weeks later he was killed fighting at the Battle of Airds Moss, sword in hand, aged only about 32.
To many Scots, Cameron became a symbol of courage, resistance, and unshakable Protestant conviction. 🏴🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧🏴

Last week's election results leave no doubt: the UK state is destabilised and Nigel Farage is sadly likely to become Prime Minister.
In these circumstances, a responsible Irish government must be planning for change here.

Belfast city centre shouldn't be dead on a Sunday morning.
Shops should be free to open and there should be more life in our city.
Alliance has secured a public consultation on this. So make your voice heard and help shape a better Belfast for everyone: share.google/qsOwUjSs09p3qK…
