So recently i ordered from @dominos_india , a medium size margarita pizza. However the delivery was late. The delivery guy assured me that i will get 200 points refunder on my app but i didn't get it till now.

Today i ordered a burger on @zomato, i provided the correct address but gps pin was shown at total different location.This is clearly not my mistake.Eventually they cancelled my order and didn't refund a single penny Why does customer has to pay for some fault of thier software.
