Instilling confidence into your sales team is key. It can make or break the team. I always loved digging in with my sales team @Braze. Hearing what was working vs not. Once a BDR / AE feels unstoppable nothing can stop them. Your competitors will feel it too.

People seem strangely blind to the option of solving their problems by learning more. Many of the emails I get from young would-be founders are of the form "How can I start a startup without knowing x?" My reply is almost always "Learn x."
